• Co-founded Visakha Eye Hospital, Visakhapatnam along with Dr. P. Vasudev (both alumni of R.P. Center and Aravind Eye Hospital).

• Academic Role: Postgraduate teacher at Visakha Eye Hospital (Qualified National Board of Examination Center for DNB training).
• Accreditation: Qualified NABH Principal Assessor for the assessment of accreditation of Hospital standards (since 2018).

• Published more than 10 papers in journals.
• Delivered several lectures at both state and national levels.
• Actively involved in the development of teaching programs at the state level.
